Overthinking really is a waste of time
Overanalysing is no better.
Ruminating and worrying over a problem hoping you’ll eventually come up with a solution is destined for failure…
Because your physical brain does not know the answer.
If it did, you would already be at the solution. You would have already made it happen. There’d be no need to think this much about it.
But you’ve been trained—programmed by traditional education and scientific method—to believe that if you just think long and hard enough about something, you will finally solve it and everything will be well.
EXCEPT THAT IS JUST NOT HOW IT WORKS.
You’d be better off turning your brain off (if that were possible) or, more practically, doing something fun, relaxing, or pleasurable and allowing your intuition to deliver the solution in a flash, a blink, a moment of clarity, a dream — because that’s actually how new solutions are discovered.
You keep yourself stuck in the problem as you look at it from every possible angle
Your physical brain keeps deceiving you with the feeling that you are ALMOST at the solution if you could just think about it some more
And you keep blocking your intuition, drowning out your inner self with all this thinking, analyzing, and growing frustration.
And all because you do not trust yourself and you have not trained yourself to go within.
You are a Divine being having a human experience. The human part of you is the tip of an iceberg, while the vastness of your limitless self is underwater — yet you keep trying to make the tip move the entire iceberg, and it just can’t.
YOUR BRAIN DOES NOT KNOW THE ANSWER
Your inner self does
But you have not trained yourself to listen to your inner self, even though you consider yourself spiritual.
In fact, you’ve trained yourself to ignore your intuition except in “spiritual settings” (your religious organisation, retreats, etc.), and it’s to your detriment. Because now you’re stuck in a less-than life, trying to look good to people who are also stuck in a less-than life of their own making. And together you all praise each other for being sensible, reasonable, rational — with your safe, rational “spiritual” rituals — while feeling a deep longing and desperation for the life NOT lived.
And you could live that amazing life, if you got out of your own way and realised that the rational, logical, sensible path has its uses — but as a tool for creating a life beyond your current experience, it is useless.
You are literally condemning yourself to never living in your purpose when you overthink, overanalyse, worry and ruminate
WAKE UP!
That dream goal you have is yours to create.
Your vision is your permission and I really do mean it.
The fact that you have that vision is because you are MEANT to bring it to life. It is the Divine seeking expression through you, and in expressing it, you achieve full self-expression — which is what you long for sooooo deeply.
But you limit yourself when you try to create THAT life from your limited physical brain alone.
Surely it is time to train yourself to live beyond the limitations of rational thinking.
