You have this facade – Nothing fazes you. Nothing can affect you. Nothing can bring you down.

It is tough.
.
It is hard.
.
And it took years of pain to forge.
.
And you are proud of it because you have come through hell and you are still standing unlike others who fell by the wayside or gave up or who remain in their woundedness, feeling victimised as though they are the only ones with a story.
.
Yes, you have a story, some would even call it a terrible story but you overcame.
.
You fought your way out.
.
You did not need anyone.
.
You buckled down and while others were whining, you made something of yourself.
.
And as I said, you are proud.
.
So very proud of this face you show to the world.
.
But here is the thing.
.
Everything is not as it seems.
.
Yes, you are saviour to the masses who, of course, do not seem to have your power and ability to rise. (No, you would NEVER admit that you think most people are weak but you do)
.
And no one can do most things as well as you can, so you don’t really ask for help because you expect them to let you down, anyway.
.
You go through trials alone as you do not want to burden others with your thoughts though you are the hearer of all their own thoughts.
.
You dole out sage advice and yes, you have a gift to see what is up with everyone else.
.
BUT who sees the saviour?
.
As I said, everything is not as it seems.
.
There is a part of you that is broken and no matter how much you try to fix it, it remains broken.
.
It is like a pattern that keeps recurring in your life, no matter what you do.
.
Maybe, it is your money and the fact that you can never seem to have more than just enough to get by.
.
Or it is that you keep finding yourself in relationships where you are used and abused. Yes, you get out as quickly as you can but then it just recycles with someone else and so, you have begin to think it is just the way it has to be for you.
.
You slap a smile on and get on with it.
.
You are kinda nervous of the silence, aren’t you?
.
You don’t want to listen to your own head.
.
Because sometimes the darkness you glimpse, is scary so you quickly get on with being strong and powerful for everyone else… EXCEPT YOURSELF!
.
You think you are alone.
.
Surrounded by people and yet, still alone because no one really sees you, no one really knows and you are tough, right?!
.
And on comes the smile.
.
Some days, it feels like you are going to erupt but you manage those days with some distraction, maybe find a casual fling to enjoy a few hours of meaningless sex, eat some more chocolate in front of a romantic movie or drink a bottle of wine or get involved in someone else’s drama (and there is always someone with drama around you so no shortage of distractions there).
.
And yes, you know the Divine but not as deeply as you crave. For whatever reason, you cannot seem to go all that much deeper spiritually, though you do all the stuff but there is some block somewhere and yes, you crave the bliss of connection. You have experienced it at times and you want more but you just can’t seem to get closer.
.
And you know there is more for you.
.
But you just cannot shift past here.
.
OK, let’s talk a little.
.
Your hardness has been useful, my love.
.
It has kept you strong through crazy tough times.
.
But now, it encloses you with your pain while at the same time, keeping you from the ‘more’ that you desire.
.
And the crazy amazing thing is, if you are willing to see this, then you will realise that you are only hiding from yourself and you are more than capable of loving yourself totally.
.
And as you open up to love, the block you perceive between you and the Divine will also start to fade to nothing.
.
And the bliss, the increased prosperity you crave, will become yours more easily than you, right now, think is possible.
.
There is so much more for you.
.
And you deserve every bit of it.
.
But it is up to you to be willing to do the inner work to claim it.
.
This is not complicated work.
.
It can be painful to begin with but you are already in pain, anyway.
.
Are you ready to awaken to the total power within you?

It is your time to be all you want to be, to do all you want to do, to have all that you want to have.
