You are powerful.

YOu need to really know this.
.
You need to understand that within you, is the VERY SAME POWER that created everything in this universe.
.
You are not some worm on the face of the earth, subject to the whims of fate and the gods and circumstances and banks and other people.
.
YOU NEED TO KNOW that you are extremely powerful.
.
Some spiritual people are uncomfortable with this idea because they have seen bad examples of powerful people in their life or on the television and so, assume that power is a bad thing.
.
That is just one of the many beliefs that these souls must handle, if they are to have the impact they desire or be lights in this world or even to live a happy life.
.
How can you be truly happy, if you think that you are subject to any weird change out there?
.
How can you feel safe when you think the rug could be pulled out from under your feet at any time by those bad horrible powerful people out there, who seem to be out to get you?
.
It is a scary way to live when you believe the external world has such a huge say over you.
.
.
Own it.
.
In all areas of your life, OWN IT!
.
Get comfortable with it.
.
And get very deliberate about where you focus your power/energy.
.
AS I spoke to the Divine this morning, that sentence came up in my journal – “Your energy, when focused, is formidable”.
.
He was reminding me to focus only on what I desire and not to allow my energy to be split by whatever event or circumstance showed up in my life, demanding my attention.
.
At the moment, I am handling an illness of a family member and continually, focusing on the health of this family member because that is what I actually desire. There is never any joy to be found in getting scared and worried about the problem.
.
That gives too much energy to the ongoing expansion of the problem and that is EXACTLY what I do not want and so, the Divine was reminding me to release any fear as they come up, very deliberately and then refocus on the end-goal.
.
How else will I get ideas of what to do to solve the issue? If all I do, is focus on the problem, then the problem gets bigger.
.
I am powerful wherever I choose to place my focus.
.
YOU are powerful wherever you choose to place your focus.
.
This deliberate living can be quite contrary to the way most people live.
.
It is the normal thing to do to talk about, wonder about, think about the problem.
.
To let it consume you – It is normal and expected and in some ways, when you don’t do that, then people may even think you are hard and callous and uncaring.
.
And yet, we must live contrary to this and continually choose to focus on what we want BECAUSE WE KNOW WE ARE POWERFUL.
.
Whatever we give energy to, will be created.
.
Now, please do not hear this and then descend into self-judgement about how you find it so hard to control your thoughts and how bad you are at having faith. That too is the wrong focus.
.
We do this, in connection to the Divine.
.
We cannot do this alone without going insane.
.
I personally continue to lean into the love of the Divine, release the fears and worries to the Divine as soon as I notice I am indulging them, and I refocus REPEATEDLY on the desires of my heart (seeds), allowing love to materialise the seeds I have planted within my heart. I then listen for inspired action and take it.
.
I also guard my space. I cannot have people who just want to go over and over and over the issue in my space. I change the subject or get away from them because I KNOW where I must focus.
.
That can make people uncomfortable which may show up as them being annoyed with me but I don’t care anymore.
.
I know what I want and I know that where I place my focus is KEY.
.
You must know this too, if you do what to live free, fulfilled, financially abundant and love-drenched.
.
You will stand apart from many – YOu are powerful enough to handle it.
.
And in the end, when all is well, most will be so thankful that you did what they found hard to do.
.
