You may feel like you “should” be able to just handle it, but some emotions hurt more than physical pain.
And so it feels natural to want to heal and get rid of the pain as soon as possible — or to suppress it so you simply don’t feel it anymore.
For spiritual people, this can become a whole obsession — spending so much time trying to reach peace, calm, and inner stillness. Many spiritual people even believe, as I said recently, that until all their pain is healed, they can’t get on with life, can’t make progress, can’t manifest anything.
NOT TRUE — but it’s a pervasive idea that keeps ambitious spiritual people stuck waiting for perfection before allowing themselves a free, fulfilled, financially-abundant, love-drenched life. They chase one healing or clearing strategy after another, terrified of “spiritually bypassing” anything.
And there are countless books, posts and gurus teaching this — trying to offer relief from the inner torment of painful emotions.
What most of them miss is that many of these emotions would resolve themselves through creation. What do I mean?
Create the life you want — the life you’re meant to be living — and you’ll find that many painful emotions resolve themselves. I know this goes against mainstream advice, but in recent conversations with the Divine, I realised much of the mainstream healing advice exists to comfort people who have GIVEN UP on living the life they’re meant for. So yes, they need another way to manage their pain.
But when ambitious spiritual people like you — who DO intend to create your dreams — listen to that noise, you convince yourself that healing is a prerequisite for dream-living. It is not.
Healing obsession is what you turn to when you’ve given up on living the fullness of your potential.
All emotion — painful or otherwise — is ENERGY. Energy that can be used to focus and create your desires. And as you create, those emotions will automatically be resolved, evolved or dissolved if they’re no longer useful.
However most people are busy suppressing all that energy – They use energy to suppress energy and they probably believe in limited energy as well (to make matters worse) and so they have nothing left to use to create the life they want.
Others are busy healing, clearing, healing, clearing — and again, no focus goes into actual creation.
In many cases, healing becomes a distraction — a panacea for people who have given up on ever achieving anything.
DO NOT BE ONE OF THOSE.
Yes, some emotions are crazy-PAINFUL but guess what?! YOu can handle it without hiding from it and you can focus all that pain and angst and frustration and general yuckiness on your goal. And another benefit of this approach is that you stop the inner war between what you consider to be good emotions and bad emotions and you start seeing them all as ENERGY, LOVE energy at different frequencies – ALL OF WHICH can be used to create, create, create and the creation itself brings about resolution, evolution or dissolution of all your emotions.
