We humans are created to be loved and to be love – For goodness sake, we are created with love energy – The powerful force that runs through EVERYTHING on this planet.

Unfortunately, some of us humans are brought up by other humans who have not been loved and who do not know how to love.
.
And that is passed on to us.
.
We become adults who see love as an optional extra, rather than an essential part of everyday life.
.
We push our needs down, way down deep in order to function in the world.
.
We try to ignore the nonsense showing up in our life and pretend we cannot see that things are just not right.
.
We push hard, we create forms of success. It never seems all that good and we are ever searching for something else.
.
We fill the gap with all kinds of stuff – work harder, have more sex, masturbate more, drink more, get even more strict with our eating regime, exercise more, go to church more, travel more, watch more TV, feel more sorry for ourselves, create more dramas in our lives.
.
Do anything… ANYTHING to avoid having to look at the foundation of the problem.
.
which is the lack of LOVE.
.
LOVE?!!!
.
How silly and wimpy it even seems.
.
And so even though you read this, you think it applies to the weak ones out there.
.
NOT YOU!
.
Oh no, not you!
.
YOu are powerful and strong and you have overcome a lot and you are not like those weak ones that go looking for religion or any panacea that will calm their troubled souls.
.
No, you have meditation, personal growth, charity work and working hard to provide a living for your family or some other great sounding, noble things.
.
And it is true… YOU ARE POWERFUL AND STRONG AND VERY VERY CAPABLE

ABSOLUTELY!
.
AAAANNNNDDDDDD there is never any silence allowed around you.
.
You cannot be still for too long.
.
You gotta be doing something, Anything because the darkness that sometimes threatens to take you over on the times when you have allowed the silence to go on for a little too long, scared you.

You are not comfortable with yourself, not really.
.
But the cracks are beginning to show.
.
The seams are pulling apart on this life of yours.
.
Will you do something about it?

Or just keep stuffing the darkness down?

You are capable of prospering in every area of life

In a totally joyous way.

It seems impossible because most of the people you know are just like you – Low level sad but putting a great smile on it.

Everyone just thinks it is the way life has to be.
