This life that we are gifted with, can be crazy tough at times…
And for us, the ones who feel called to something more, it can seem even tougher…
And sometimes, it just feels too hard to keep moving forward…
It feels TOOOO tough to pick yourself up for the uumpteenth time…
But you do.
You feel SOOOOO alone, sure that no one can be broken like you…
And so you hide.
You put on your superhero cape, pretend everything is okay until you cannot any longer…
And then you keep inching forward but feel like a failure that cannot keep it together…
And so you beat yourself up and make the pain even worse…
YOu do not see that most would have fallen off the narrow path by now…
Most would not even try to keep moving forward…
YOU DO!
And honey, I see you…
I acknowledge you…
And it is for you, the strong-weak ones that I do this work…
YOu have been through shit, deep dark horrid shit and yet you show up…
Some days less than other days but you keep turning up…
Sometimes, it takes you longer to break free from the pain but you do eventually…
Honey I see you
I love you
And I honour the strength I see in you.
And I call you to a whole new level…
A level where you do the internal work diligently every single day…
A level where you lean into support rather than away from it because there is a part of you that buys into the lone wolf scenario where you get to conquer everything alone…
You can try and you will finally win because you are THAT person…
But it simply does not need to be done alone…
You will elevate faster if you stop trying to do it all alone…
Yes there is pain to go through…
I wish I could spare you that – I can’t…
I do, however, create a space for you and I will walk with you, if you will let me…

I do believe you are here to make a difference in an amazing way on this planet…

And I see the hurt and pain in your heart from a life of being immersed in negativity, in self-doubt, in doubt from the ones who should have believed in you, in horrid painful life situations…
I see that you have been high and oh-so-low…
And I KNOW that it is tough to break free…
There are some life situations that just continue to be a part of your experience…
However, I know that you can live above the pain.
I know that you can be immersed in a whole new way of thinking, being, acting…
And that, because you do immerse yourself in a new way, you can change your beliefs and feelings at the core of you, you will then change the results you see in the physical…
You will also change how you FEEL ABOUT the physical…
And I know that it will take time…
And that you will, some days, feel lower than low and you will want to retreat and I exhort you not to
It has not helped before and it certainly will not help now.
