As always, I was having a chat with Papa this morning and here is what came up…

People in your past
People in your present
They are there to teach you
to help you learn
To help you be free
If you will let it be so
I sometimes hide from people because the hurt is too much to handle
But that is exactly what they are there to do
To point out the sore spots so that I can heal
How else would I know?
I suppose I could soul search more than I do already but I am as good as the next person at hiding from my dark places…
I want to pretend they are not there
That I have overcome all the pain
And I don’t need any more healing
But it is mostly not true.
The pain is there and when I come in contact with certain people, I cannot deny it any longer
And so then I get faced with a choice
“Will I do the internal work to heal?”
“Will I pretend it is all THEIR fault that I feel the way I feel?”
You get that choice too.
One opens you up to receive more of your good
And one shuts you down
One allows you to keep growing and expanding and receiving more of all you desire in wealth, health, fulfilment at work and great relationships that empower you…
The other keeps you stuck, repeating the same cycles, unable to break free from the hamster wheel of life.
We are born to be love in this world…
To bring our visions to life and see the world elevated as a result of our own elevation
We are an integral part of the evolution of this planet
We cannot hide our hurts anymore
They are casting shadows on the planet and keep us and the world from the good we are here to release and receive…
Look yourself in the mirror as you notice the reaction you have to certain people in your life
And choose to handle it, if negative.
