DECIDE that you WILL create it
Work with your own mind and heart to alter any ideas of weakness and decline
Your body is capable of so much more than you have allowed but it is not too late. Your body is ultimately energy that can be altered very swiftly if you choose to change your beliefs and focus.

SPEAK the vision
SEE the vision
FEEL the vision
ACT to bring the vision to life
Fully expect the whole entire universe to back you up
