Spin class.

Oh how I love spin class.
.
Oh HOW I ADORE SPIN CLASS.
.
the one and only exercise thing that I actively LOOK FORWARD to.
.
I mean, you need to understand that I am all arms and no legs or whatever that saying is, when it comes to physical activity.
.
I run like a headless chicken on drugs…literally (or so my hubby tells me).
.
I was picked in school for teams because they thought I would be as athletic as my sister.
.
I WAS NOT.
.
I got kicked out or benched, fairly rapidly.
.
I have always been awkward in my body, clumpy on my legs and so on.
.
And yet, when I get on the bike in the dark with the loud music and the flashing lights… Wow, wow, WOW! I come alive in ways I cannot even begin to describe.
.
The instructors are an optional extra in my mind though I do like the energy of a few of them and also of other people in the room, all pushing, driving, going with everything they have got.
.
But I make a point of not looking at anyone.
.
I get on that bike (usually last in the door, just a few minutes after class has begun), I close my eyes and I ride, ride ride.
.
I ride to connect with Source and the thing I realised was that I tapped into that energy field AFTER I hit the limits of my physical body.
.
I am in bliss when I feel like I have left my body because the pain became too intense to handle and the only way I could keep pushing my legs was to stop identifying as one with my body and instead identify as this completely divine being high up in another realm with Papa, while looking down on this physical body.
.
And then sometimes, the angels, Jesus and I race and it is all fun and games and I am going harder than I have ever done before and it is exhilarating.
.
Yep, I know it all seems very woo and it is but I come out of that class with ideas, full of energy, exhilarated and I almost never want to come off the bike.
.
Sometimes, I cannot quite get there and it is usually because I am in my physical body, feeling like I cannot go beyond a certain level, feeling weak or getting distracted by other people and comparing myself to them.
.
I share all this because building a prosperous life is EXACTLY like that.
.
We all want ease and flow and power but guess what, the path to all of that is by going BEYOND what you think you are physically capable of so yes, you are going to feel sore until you detach from your body and mind and allow yourself to soar and that only happens after you have gone through the pain.
.
Peeps want the ease before they free themselves and it don’t work that way.
.
It will hurt, you will think you are going to die and then if you keep going, you will realise that no, you did not die and in fact, you are much more powerful than you ever thought possible.
.
You will connect to the Divine realm, you will be full of grand ideas, you will feel unstoppable and full of joy and you will feel the bliss.
.
The bliss is what we are all searching for.
.
It is home.
.
You feel complete there.
.
You remember who you are there.
.
And you want to return home.
.
But you get deceived by your physical reality.
.
You think that this is all there is.
.
And so when you feel the tension and the stretch, you pull back instead of push through and then you wonder why you never seem to get anywhere.
.
Now, you cannot find this path while you are doing what the world tells you to do.
.
Nope, the path for you is unique to you and it will challenge a lot of your conditioned thinking.
.
And even when you get on your path, as I said, you will keep pulling back until finally, you surrender and push through what seems to be the unbreakable limit on your life.
.
there are no limits.
.
there really are not.
.
But it takes a determined, driven, crazy sort of soul like me, to see the limits and rush at them repeatedly until they fall the heck down.
.
And the regular spiritual soul will tell themselves some story of how it cannot be the will of the Divine if it felt like that.
.
Others will say it is impossible for anyone to be expected to handle all of that.
.
And so, while they buy into their stories of limitation, they cannot create the life they truly do desire.

THE MAGIC HAPPENS WHEN YOU DO NOT QUIT, NO MATTER HOW MUCH PAIN YOU ARE IN.

Again, please do not read this to mean that you can just keep pushing through in a situation where you KNOW this is not right, like a job you hate or a relationship where you are being abused and telling yourself to love the perpetrator – NOPE!
.
I could never have enjoyed football or some other random sport.
.
For me, it is SPIN, no other exercise regime works.
.
For me, it was not pharmacy or property investing, I could have pushed and pushed forever and got somewhere but never to the fulfilment, freedom etc that I now have.
.
So, the path that you need to break through, is your true design path.
.
ANd once you find it, you have to push through what seems to be the barriers keeping you from success and it will feel like you are stupid for even trying.
.
Many will quit to the left and the right of you and if you are looking at them, it will feel like you are DEFINITELY CRAZY for continuing.
.
And then, one day, you realise,

“I AM IN THE BLISS
.
Everything is flowing and easy and awesome and I am more, much more, than my so-called limits.
.
I am DIVINITY. I AM POWERFUL. I AM LIMITLESS.
.
I WON”
