Have you heard the term ‘Mastermind’ before?
It seems to originate from the dude, Napoleon Hill. He wrote the super popular book ‘Think and grow rich’ – A book everyone needs to read a lot more times than once in their lifetime if they do want to grab a hold of the wealth and abundance they desire in all areas of life.
Anyway, a mastermind group is a group of people getting together to brainstorm new ideas, to propel each other forward, to take advantage of the new and novel ideas that arise when placed in an environment conducive to it.
Today was excellent as always.
Each person gets an hour or so to bring their business issues to the table and as a group, we support each person to find a solution and get ideas to move forward. the members are each held accountable to what they said they would create in the previous month and we talk through a few different issues affecting each memeber. Ultimately everyone leaves feeling on top of the world, with renewed clarity and vigour, ready to take on the world.
I love the environment. I love facilitating this group of powerful people who keep pushing forward, where others would find only excuses.
So, Question… I am on the lookout for one male member to balance things out ( 3 females, 2 males and I).
