You feel deeply hurt.

Who cares whose fault it is? You feel hurt and being around certain people just feels bad.

And I understand that you want to heal fast so that you can be the beacon of love, joy and peace you feel called to be but this is deep hurt that you have not been able to shake for a while.
.
And you keep throwing yourself back into situations that end with you reliving the pain over and over again.
.
Please stop.
.
Give yourself time and space.
.
Step away.
.
Stop throwing yourself into the fray because you think you should be perfect already or because you are scared you will lose people. If you could lose them that easily, then you never had them and that too is okay.
.
Part of healing is the realisation that your main source of love and support is not family, friends, colleagues, it is the Divine and YOURSELF.
.
When you KNOW that, then it is easier to be in relationships because you can detach your need for love and safety from individual people and just allow them to be who they are, rather than trying to get your needs met by them and feeling hurt when they prove to be flawed humans.
.
Honey, let people think what they want to think, when you take time for you.
.
And YOU stop thinking that it is weak of you to not be healed and fine already.
.
Stop beating yourself up for not being fine yet.
.
Stop rushing yourself.
.
Lean into the Divine
.
Love yourself enough to take the time you need.
.
Heal at your own pace.
.
This is no rush to some finish line set by others.
.
Lean into love and allow yourself to be loved.
.
