It feels odd to say this but what if, WHAT IF you did not need to think any longer?
What if you could simply trust your intuition to lead you?
What if you could simply ask for direction in everything and get it?
What if you really do not need to figure things out alone?
What if you are fully taken care of but you have so far, chosen not to take advantage of it?
What if, like all the holy men and women you admire, you could simply look within for all your answers and then trust and act?
I know, I KNOW it is not the done thing
And yet, look around you…
Look at the world we live in today…
See where our normal thinking has taken us, as a planet…
Some of it is amazingly good!
Some of it is horribly bad!
And for the most part, I would suggest that the people who helped turn the planet towards good, did it because they trusted the whisper within them that said “YOU COULD BE MORE than what you currently see.”
They saw a vision within themselves and they trusted that they were EXACTLY the ones to bring it about and so they kept acting on those intuitive nudges…
Learnt what they felt led to learn…
Got support from who they felt led to get support from…
Ignored the world of doubt around them
And kept their eyes firmly on the vision within…
Trying not to allow what seemed normal and possible to get in the way of what they saw, even when what they saw, seemed impossible!
You could do that.
I was reading some passage in some book somewhere yesterday and it talked about the Garden of Eden Story…
It put a different slant on it from the one I grew up with…
Rather than some dire story of how original sin came into the world for all people to suffer for all times, as some would say…
Maybe, it was simply a choice…
A choice we all still face every single day…
A choice to trust that your Higher Power / Universe / Papa can take care of you completely and so you do not need to think too hard – You simply need to lean in, listen, trust, act.
Or choose to be completely responsible for everything, even though you have very little experience of anything!
Bite the apple and choose to trust that you know best…
Don’t bite the apple and choose to trust your intuition to take care of you…
Just a choice.
So many religious and spiritual people talk about faith…
I do, too…
But I too, keep taking back the reins because I think I know best
But the truth is, my view is very limited
I only know what I have experienced to date and in the grand scheme of the planets, universe, unknown galaxies, even the various countries of the world etc, I HAVE EXPERIENCED VERY LITTLE!
So, every so often, I realise that it is plain silly to think that I KNOW IT ALL and that I can figure it out all by myself…
And I return to trust…
Things are more peaceful this way…
What if you simply choose to trust completely the intuitive nudge within you?
What if you simply choose to trust that all you need to do is keep the communications between Universe and you, as clear as possible, so that you easily hear the next step?
What if you simply act on that next step, quickly, with as little fear as possible?
What then?
No, this is not some ‘let me sit on my backside waiting for a word from the Lord’ kinda thing unless you have chosen to be a Nun or Monk or something and even then…
THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING TO DO!
But what if that something to do, was first and foremost to cultivate clear communication channels between you and your higher power?
As a spiritual person, you know you want this.
You just find it hard to trust this
You are so taken up by appearances and so immersed in the every day stresses that it seems crazy to think you could live this way…
And yet, you do long for it.
So why not choose it?
Choose to live a life of trust…
Choose to follow those intuitive nudges…
Choose not to question whether it is possible or not…
Just feel the nudge, act on the nudge…
Clearing the communication channel all the time…
So that you hear clearer and clearer…
THE CHOICE IS YOURS.
What do you choose?
The narrow path to your destiny?
Or the broad path to who the heck knows where?!
