I know you think that your feelings are fickle but that can only be true if you keep telling yourself that nonsense.

YOU DO KNOW WHAT IS BEST FOR YOU AND YOUR BUSINESS. Even if you were working with me as your coach, you can be sure that I would never force you to do anything that feels fundamentally wrong to you. I teach you to trust yourself again because the world knocks that self belief and you need as much as you can get when you are in business.

Now, I know you think you do not know the difference between you being afraid to do something and you KNOWING that this is not right for you but I KNOW that you do know the difference. There will even be a little voice in your head telling you that you are just being a scaredy cat and again, you can trust yourself to know when you are pulling back for the wrong reasons.

And anyway, the only way you re-learn trusting yourself is by practise.

You start listening to the little voice within. You start checking to see how something feels to you and you will begin to notice when things go right or wrong, what you heard an d felt within. This becomes a great measure for the next time you need to make a decision quickly.

Stop going to everyone, asking for feedback all the time. Their opinions may not be what you need to hear or do. And frankly, you want to keep your mind clear of too many voices.
