Regularly, I catch myself trying to fit myself in a box.

It seems like the sensible thing to do.
.
Give yourself a title so that people know what you are doing and who you are.
.
Map out a perfect marketing strategy that will definitely work every single time.
.
See how those people are doing what they are doing, copy it, THAT MUST BE THE WAY IT WORKS.
.
Except I know enough now to realise that I can’t.
.
And It does not work.
.
Not for me, at least.
.
Probably because I don’t ever want anything to work that would mean I am tied down to doing something I do not want to do.
.
And so I have learnt to live seemingly by the seat of my pants.
.
Always pushing into my edge.
.
Always a little stretched or sometimes, a lot stretched.
.
Because, like many, I want to know with absolute certainty, exactly how everything is going to work.
.
But that is not the way Papa and I work.
.
I get guidance one step at a time.
.
And when I try to go too far ahead, I inevitably realise that just because it worked for so-and-so, does not mean it will work for me.
.
And so, then I come back and just do the next step.
.
I have learnt to trust myself.
.
I have learnt to trust Papa.
.
I have learnt never to sell out because nothing out there owns me anymore.
.
I KNOW I don’t need any of it.
.
I also KNOW I can have ALL of it.
.
And so, I simply focus on following through on fun things that I want to do.
.
I don’t have to fit in any one little corner as I try to niche myself.
.
I am multi-passionate and that is okay.
.
Although the truth is everything adds up to a life lived deliberately.
.
That is my thing.
.
THE DELIBERATE LIFE.
.
BEcause though it can sometimes seem random to my action-oriented, practical mind, I realise now that everything always comes back to a life lived deliberately.
.
So, I guess that is my thing.
.
That is my box, if I can call it that.
.
When I start working with new clients, they all want to know exactly what steps we will take to achieve their goals, and I inwardly smile because I understand the need for certainty.
.
And we get on with getting clear on their end-goal which really is all they need to know.
.
And then daily, I train them, just like Papa trained me, to trust.
.
To trust that the next step will be revealed.
.
To trust that they will always know what to do next.
.
To find the courage to always do the next thing, even when they are quaking in their shoes with uncertainty.
.
To know that their SOURCE is within and they never need to allow anything out there to sway them.
.
To stay the course.
.
Yes, I have innumerable courses to teach marketing and sales skills so when led, they get access to those.
.
But always, we keep moving forward one step then the next.
.
Some take to this quickly and they suddenly find things shifting and changing and becoming more so much quicker than when they were doggedly following some silly static plan.
.
Some struggle a little but we keep working with it until they have an epiphany and voila, things start to change so quickly.
.
I have learnt to be patient.
.
To hold the space for clients.
.
To no longer feel like their progress means something about me.
.
I simply love and keep them in their edge and one day, we look up and everything has changed for the better.
.
I exhort you, action-oriented spirit-driven soul, to stop looking for some complete A to Z plan that will work every time for you.
.
It does not exist.
.
Focus on emotional mastery so you are not swayed every other second.
.
Focus on cultivating connection to your true Source within so that you realise that you will always be taken care of.
.
Focus on taking the next step as it is revealed.
.
Yes, feel free to make plans and all of that, if it makes you feel good but do not stick rigidly to it because you can be definite that it will probably not go that way.
.
That vision you see within you, is your permission to bring it to life.
.
Stop doubting yourself and your ability to get there.
.
And keep tapping into the intuitive guidance
.
