As you go about your every day life, as you choose to judge yourself unworthy, you look to the left and the right and you find others to judge unworthy too. It is time for that to stop.
Your journey is your journey.
Your limitations are the limitations you place on yourself and looking at someone else’s journey and making a judgement about them does not help you.
It causes you to slow down further, to sink further into a hole of self-unbelief and ‘self-beating-up’ 🙂 and you and I know that that is not a useful place to be.
And let’s be really honest here – your kids, your staff, anyone you consider to be weaker than you, knows that that is not a useful place for you to be because you take it out on them when you feel bad about you, don’t you?
You judge their little actions and you find them wanting even though they are just spreading their wings and learning how to fly, you judge them by the standards that you have set yourself.
It is certainly time for that to stop.
You are in exactly the right place for you right now and it is only by focusing on what you want to create that you move forward consistently. Stop with the comparing, stop with the trying to be someone other than you.
Recognise the greatness that lives already within you and tap into that.
Tap into your own wisdom and begin again to trust that you know exactly what you need to do next.
You need to find the stillness within you…
You need to find a space to think in the craziness of daily life.
And if that means you wake up a lot earlier than your household, do it so that you can get clear each and every day on what you must be about in order to get the results you want from your life.
Your perfect answer is not to be found anywhere but within you.
Your coach may help you to stop and tap into your inner wisdom but ultimately, it is your inner wisdom that will break through and bring you the success you know you want to create. And that wisdom is always there waiting for you to focus in and act on it. It is time to wake up again.
Remove the barriers and stop believing that you are any less than great.
Look yourself in the mirror and tell yourself out loud (you can whisper so people don’t think you are too crazy!), that you are pretty darned awesome and that you are in exactly the right spot for you, right now.
Remind yourself that you can be anything you choose to be, the moment you make a solid decision and go forward deliberately each and every day.
And then keep your eyes focused on your path and keep moving forward.
Respond to the intuition and the little voice within you that tells you to speak to this person, that person, take this action, that action, work with that tool, this tool, get support here, get support there, use this, use that.
Acknowledge that wisdom within you by taking action on it and you will hear the voice within you get stronger.
And your actions will feel more certain and your results will become more sure.
Your path is your path – Keep focused and keep moving forward.
