For as long as I can remember, I’ve been curious about the unseen aspects of life. There was so much I didn’t see—so much I didn’t allow myself to see—because of the programming I inherited from religion and family. They made it all seem dangerous. There were evil spirits to be wary of and hell to avoid, and it all felt airy-fairy—like something only nuns or monks with nothing better to do could explore.
And even now, after all I’ve gleaned from conversations with The Divine and from divinely guided reading, exploring the unseen can still feel… impractical. Especially when the physical world is screaming for attention. I get why most people ignore the unseen—or even mock it.
In recent years, as I reached the limit of what physical effort alone could achieve, I stopped worrying so much about how “flighty” I might seem to passive people sitting on the pavement, looking on with criticism and unwarranted opinions. I’ve gone deeper into understanding how the unseen impacts our physical reality—how I can use Divine love energy to create what I desire in the physical realm.
I’ve always prayed. I’ve always asked for Divine assistance—and yes, help usually came. But I started to awaken to a deeper truth: I had more power than I’d allowed myself to believe. The Divine wasn’t giving or taking away—I WAS THE ONE WITH ALL THE CHOICES.
With that awareness, I could no longer simply toss up a prayer and hope The Divine was pleased enough to respond. I was being guided to take full responsibility for the creation of my own reality. Because once you see that you are the authority in your own life—you cannot unsee it. You know?
There is so much more to life than you are allowing yourself to experience.
Maybe you think you don’t have time to explore these unseen realities when you’re juggling very real, very physical problems.
Maybe you’re dealing with bills piling up or a court case with an ex trying to take your children and your income.
Maybe you’re terrified of being laid off at work or already have been and you’re watching the savings disappear.
Maybe your body is acting up in ways you don’t understand—chronic pain, burnout, fatigue, diagnosis after diagnosis.
Maybe you’re just exhausted from trying so hard and still feeling like you’re getting nowhere.
I get it. I really do.
And still—I tell you this with deep love and conviction—you could probably resolve many of those physical reality issues faster if you rearranged your energy in the unseen realm first.
What you see in the physical reality is just the tip of the iceberg. The real cause—the mass, the momentum, the programming—is hidden beneath the surface. And trying to manipulate the tip without addressing what’s underneath? That’s like rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic.
You can move the chairs. You can work longer hours. You can change jobs, take another course, start another side hustle, leave another relationship, go to another retreat—but if the iceberg underneath hasn’t shifted, you’ll just keep circling back to the same limitations in a different disguise.
Does that make sense?
The unseen includes your thoughts and beliefs, your emotions and imaginings. These alone shape what you allow yourself to do, and therefore what you allow yourself to receive.
Your thoughts, beliefs, imaginings, and emotions also affect how your body responds. If you believe you’re destined to fall apart and get diabetes like your father, your cells will rally to make that your truth. You’ll tell yourself “it’s genetics” because that’s what science told you—and then you’ll spend your life on medication, manipulating the visible while the unseen continues to recreate the same outcomes.
Until you either pass on to whatever’s next… or WAKE THE HECK UP to the power within you.
I know it’s not always easy to change your thinking—especially if you’re not even fully convinced that your thoughts have that kind of power. It’s “easier” to take the pills. And if you believe in them, absolutely take them—because your belief alone activates their power.
But please: OPEN YOUR EYES.
There’s so much more to life than you’re letting yourself explore. So much more than your current programming allows you to believe is possible. So much more power in your hands—if you’ll allow yourself to believe that the iceberg below the surface is the place where the true work begins.
You’ve got dreams and desires that you’ve tried to bury. You call them “impractical” now that you are older. And yes—if all you allow yourself to work with is the physical, they probably are. How it is the cause. The origin point. The source. And how everything else—everything you’re currently struggling with—is the effect.
