We want change
We also want to stay the same
We want expansion and growth
And yet, we want everything to be static and comfortable
It is impossible
The old must pass away so that the new may come

It may seem selfish or hell-bent to some
But as we learn to trust the wisdom within us, we will know that this is right for us

Full of energy
Expanding, exploding energy
And it is okay to change…
Let the things, the people, the activities pass out of your life
Do not seek to hold on for too long
It feels uncomfortable because it no longer fits
And as you are willing to let go, some things may return but in a different way…
A more expanded way
And other things may seem completely gone because they are replaced with something new
Or maybe you realise it was a crutch that you did not need

The answer is always YES

Do not look at the outer physical reality as any indication of anything
Keep your eyes on the vision, even in the midst of great upheaval
Remember that all things always work for your good
