Man, how long did I spend jumping through hoops, trying to earn love, trying to prove my worth?
Trying to deserve good things…
Trying to push my way through into being noticed…
As if I needed to…
As if it was not already written in the stars that I was worthy just because I was alive!
On the workshop, RIDICULOUSLY HAPPY that I did online yesterday, I felt called to go deep into this…
To remind the attendees that they need never earn or prove anything…
There are 2 ways of doing anything and on the outside, it all looks the same
- You can take action from a place of love and connection
Where you do things simply because you want to
Simply because you want to align with the unchanging laws of the universe in order to create whatever you desire in your life
It is like working with gravity – It is an unchanging law so you do not get too emotional and blame gravity if you decide to step off a roof and break your neck ?
You might feel somewhat silly but you know it is not because gravity is out to get you.
2. The second way to take action and it will look exactly like the first way…
Is to be praying, begging, pleading that your action will make you worthy of what you desire…
You do it all to prove that you are good enough (which is a different goal altogether and as you have always been worthy, you never quite feel you have reached this goal, hence all the angst!)
You feel separate from Source and feel you must earn your place…
And I used to fall into this second category…
And you feel kinda jealous that you are doing ALL THE FREAKING THINGS and still not getting the results of that person over there who seems to be doing even less than you while getting MORE than you.
HOW UNFAIR, you might feel…
And yet, it is not unfair – You are just playing a different game and it is hurting you.
And it is all to do with motivation
Or should I say, foundation?
Is your foundation one of connection and love
Or
Fear, desperation and guilt?
Because your results are showing it, my honey…
Your insides feel the difference too, don’t they?
There is a feeling of peace and love
or one of fear and self-unlove
Maybe it is time to take the focus off what you desire for a minute and build a more solid foundation?
The Divine already knows your desires – You have mentioned it enough…
Now, go back to grassroots and start uprooting the nonsense that keeps you bound up and separate from all your desires.
There really is nothing to prove
Nothing to earn
And it really is already yours
You can delight in the act of creation from a place of connection
You can design anything you want into your physical reality
IT IS ALREADY YOURS!
