Learning to Love Yourself and Build a Business You can be Authentic About

What if I called you a princess? What is your first reaction to that? Do you feel demeaned in some way because all you can think of is some Disney portrayal of a woman waiting for rescue?  Or maybe, deep inside, you feel too ordinary to be anything special.

What if I looked you in the eye and told you, you were important?  Would you look away feeling uncomfortable to have that attention on you?

On the face of it, you are successful at whatever you have chosen, you appear to have it all together.  You KNOW you should feel content because you have done more than others in your shoes have managed to do and yet, something in you feels stuck, something in you feels unworthy, something in you still needs to prove yourself to people whose opinions are louder than their actions.

Enough! I say! Enough!

Own who you are.  You are royalty.  You no longer have to dance to the tune of another.

Who is that another? Who placed that voice in your head that tells you, you are somehow not enough.  Whose drum beat are you dancing to?

Stop! Stop rushing around like a headless chicken!  Stop trying to prove yourself to … Who?

Take some time, look inside. Whose drum beat are you dancing to?

To go further up, you must look deeper in.

Your profitable business, your fulfilled life is dependent on this.  It is dependent on you being courageous enough to look deeper – To face the darkness inside.  To strip away the layers placed on you by experience, by people, by life itself.

To own all that you are is deep courageous work and yet the fruits of it are so powerful that your life begins to thrive in ways you never thought possible.  You KNOW there is more to you than you are giving right now and yet, you are afraid.

You are afraid that in becoming fully your powerful self, you will either learn you are NOT enough or you will lose all that you hold dear right now.

I am here to tell you that life will only open up to you as you choose to open up to it.

In vulnerability lies your true strength.  The moment you stop pretending to be what you think ‘THEY’ want you to be, you can become the true YOU!  The powerful YOU, the ROYAL YOU!

I am still on this journey, Will you dare to join me?

You are not alone in this.

Stop trying to be the lone wolf.  You have pushed through alone for long enough and now it is time to invest in yourself. The best way is to work with someone who has no emotional attachment to your results. Their only concern is to stand by you, look into your situation objectively and call the real you out. I may be that person for you – Let’s have a strategy session where I listen to you and we decide if we are a good fit to work together or I point you in the right direction for the stage you are at.

And to end, Let me share this passage with you – I absolutely love it!

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?

Actually, who are you not to be?

You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to manifest the glory of God that is within us. It is not just in some of us; it is in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.
