I wonder why!
Could it be because they have not yet lost the joy of creation
They have not yet learnt that you must be limited in imagination
That you must toe the party line or risk losing everything
They have not yet learnt to give up their freedom for security
They still trust that somehow everything will work out for them
And I suppose the more cynical person will say – Give it time, they will soon learn
And maybe you would agree
Or maybe, you could remember who you are
A divine being
Divinity constrained by humanity
Creator
Powerful
Created in the image and likeness of the Divine
Capable of decreeing things and seeing them come to pass
You could remember all of that
And return to your childlike nature
And begin to create a life that feels fun
Rather than continue to create a life that feels YUK
Stop trying so hard to be an ‘adult’
And instead take some time everyday to work that imagination muscle
See what you want to create
Decide that you will do something towards it each day
Do not get all caught up in the nonsense of the daily grind
Yes, I know you have responsibilities
But come on, creator, how can you make your life fun again?
You are choosing to be all serious
When actually, you will be more creative if you cracked a smile more regularly
Laughed out loud at nothing
And followed your bliss
INTENTIONALLY
The serious (sad) people hear me saying “follow your bliss” and they think it all irresponsible, unreal, deluded
But actually DELIBERATELY following your bliss is a lot more focused than just going along with the status quo of the world.
It is a DELIBERATE DECISION to build a life that you adore and also live well while doing it
Refusing to settle in any area of life
AND CHOOSING TO LET IT BE EASY
AND FUN!
Not many can allow themselves to return to this childlike creative energy and yet, what fun it is to be here.
Knowing that everything I desire, I can create and playing with different ways of doing things, knowing that I am adult with certain responsibilities but also knowing that the best way to meet them is to allow myself to be ALL OF ME!
And that can be hard for so many

I choose to believe in the power of ME

Defeating fear

Opening up to all good things
Expecting them
And deliberately designing a life where I wake up with joy.
