Hi, I am Rosemary. And just a little while ago, I was just like you, looking for that magic bullet that would solve all my business concerns.
I was a pharmacist and a professional business dabbler.
I had big ideas but not enough follow through…
I tried and tried and yet, could not seem to crack the code that would lead me to business success.

So, after a few more mishaps, I decided property management was my route to freedom but I had to have a system in place to ensure I had a steady stream of property owners to work with as well as a steady stream of people looking for accommodation.
And the only way to do that was to put a system in place that kept the leads pouring into the business so I could grow it to replace my income from my full-time pharmacist role and that is exactly what I did within an 18 month period. I was only limited by the number of houses I wanted to take on.
And that is when I realised that all of those years of stress and difficulty had not been my fault! No one had shown me how to run a successful business – I had been trained to find a job and just get on with it.
It was only as I had chosen to work with a mastermind group and be held accountable that I allowed someone to show me the ropes instead of wandering blindly in the dark, trying this and trying that and getting nowhere except more broke.
