Yesterday, I doubted myself…
It was pyjama day so I allowed myself to indulge in it and guess what?!
I regretted it.
I ALWAYS regret it and yet, I never seem to learn.
I allowed the doubts a voice in my head for about 4 hours and then I realised that I was getting absolutely nowhere AS USUAL and I chose to believe again.
Just like that – I made a choice to believe – Did some real work instead of all the navel-gazing work and made sales.
Like a switch.
You can go from ‘doubting everything, looking for all the potential problems, second-guessing everything you already spent a long time second-guessing some other day, wondering if anyone cares, wondering whether you are deluded’ to choosing to trust yourself, do the real work, solve any immediate REAL problems and move forward, asking for the sale as you go.
So many people (I used to be one of them) allow doubt to keep them from their destiny…
They allow their need to KNOW HOW everything works to stop them from making any real decisions and getting any real results…
They dither and procrastinate and search high and low for answers…
They try to solve problems they think they MIGHT HAVE at some point…
They want to be completely clear abotu everything…
But such a state does not exist and so, they make no money, convince themselves tthat they have tried everything and then they quit because the tension gets too much to handle when you are not making any money and spending a heckuva lot of time navel-gazing.
Honey, do you do this?
Are you done with allowing your whole life to be determined by fear and self-doubt?
Because you do have a destiny, a calling…
You do want to make money in your own business and achieve financial independence…
You do want all the perks of being super-successful and never having to worry about money ever again…
And that will only happen if you get off your awesome arse and stick the finger up to doubt and do whatever you can to get oyour head into a peak state so that you can fucking do the work.
Your ONLY problem right now is how to make the next sale…
That is it!
That is all you need to figure out…
And the best solution to that is to communicate, capture, close…
You could do a livestream video right now on Facebook, answering a question (make it inspiring, entertaining, educational and pepper it with personality) that you think a prospect of yours would ask…
And then you could run ads to it to get a few more views on it (Start with $5 – You will probably get about 250 or more views with that – I am mostly paying a cent per view)
You could then build an audience in your Facebook adverts manager of people who watched that video…
Then run an advert to those people reminding them of your offer (you did mention it in the video, right?!)
Be clear on what you want them to do.
Then test and tweak both ads until you are making money.
That is one simple strategy to kickstart your ‘Make My Next Sale’ campaign.
Will you do it?
Or will you allow doubt to kill you off again?
Will you allow fear of losing some money in advertising prevent you from getting the big win of customers coming in like clockwork?
Will you allow fear of making some mistake when you deliver the product or service stop you from ever getting to the point where you need to deliver the product or service?
Will you allow fear of being sued in some imaginary customer problem stop you from even getting to the point where you have ANY customers?
Will you allow fear of prospects asking for your non-existent website prevent you from ever getting to the point where anyone cares whether you have a website or not?
Stop worrying about problems that do not exist yet!
Stop allowing doubt to stop you making the initial move!
Trust that you can deal with any problems WHEN THEY ARISE!!
And deal with the one you have now.
Can you see how listening to all the doubt makes you stay stuck?
Make a choice to ACT, despite fear.
