It has crept up on you – The sense of powerlessness…
The sense that you have no choice but to keep putting up with whatever life sends your way…

You saw the grown-ups in your life succumb to this hopeless powerlessness and you internally decided that this must be the way life works…
Where before you felt such joy and enthusiasm for life, you feel like you are just going through the motions. In fact, there is a part of you that does not want to read things like this because it all just feels so false (and it makes you feel ashamed that you could not make life work the way you wanted it)
You tried, dammit! YOU TRIED SO HARD to create the life you wanted, to make at least 6 figures while living in your purpose, to not be one of those who settled for less, to not be like those jaded grownups…
But nothing worked.
NOTHING WORKED!
You prayed, you affirmed, you tithed, you journaled – well… kinda…
Mostly, you have worked your socks off both in your actual workplace and at home where you were everything to everyone (and still are)
And yes, you have received the benefits of all that hard work but it is not what you want. It is like you built the wrong life and now you are stuck in it.

But feel powerless to create the ‘more’
EXCEPT this is not true.
If you managed to build the wrong life, you can refocus and build the right life. The main problem you face is that you are so enamoured with your physical reality and you are not letting it go.
Again, I remind you that in the same way that you created this life experience, you can go within, imagine a new picture and act towards that.
YOU ARE POWERFUL THAT WAY!
I know you have heard it so many times…
I know you are beginning to think this stuff works for others and not you…
But again, I invite you to be consistent with the truth – YOU ARE POWERFUL CREATOR. You are showing that every single moment of the day as you live out the life you powerfully (but passively) created.
GET DELIBERATE!
Yes, face the stuck parts of your life – the places where you feel you just can’t change anything, the places that seem so set in stone – FACE THEM and remind yourself that you are the one choosing to think of them that way and therefore you keep creating this stagnation.
Even when you are being passive, you are still creating.
KEEP REMINDING YOURSELF – I am the authority in my life. Nothing happens without my permission, passive or deliberate so I might as well get very deliberate about this. Start writing and speaking that which you would rather experience and use your imagination deliberately to see and feel the picture of what you choose.
Before you go to bed, tell yourself to dream of what you have deliberately chosen – there is so much more freedom in the dream state to live beyond space and time and create that which you desire more speedily.
When you allow yourself to indulge the idea of powerlessness, you end up ignoring aspects of your life that you can change. All you will allow yourself to see are the places that seem immoveable. It is not true. You are literally just refusing to see what else is possible. This is why working with a coach is so helpful because you get so immersed in your way of seeing things, you forget that there is any other way.
WAKE UP!
There is just no more time to waste – Get support. Allow someone else to take a look at your life with you – Someone who does not have a vested interest in you acting in a certain way that benefits them—so ignore partners, parents, friends for now – Get someone outside of that circle – Can you not see that you all think the same way and keep acting in the same way around each other and so you keep creating the same stuff?!
