Climbing my personal Mount Everest

OK, stick with me here guys, I have a special recording about climbing Mount Everest just for you right at the end.

It has been a week of highs and lows as I continue to build the property business.  I get soo close to taking on new houses, I can already see the lovely new tenants who will live in there and the furniture bought to make the house a home and then it gets snatched away from me.  Once because the owner changed their mind and decided to sell, one owner refused to make it ready to rent out (all I required was the lawn to be cleared and the old tenant’s items to be removed)

Sometimes building a business can be a whole lot of hard work which may result in no immediate result.  On the other hand, some of the owners I work with are exceedingly grateful for my efforts.  My goal is to provide home owners with a seamless tenant, rental experience.  They hand the house to me and in theory, they relax, knowing I am on the case about everything.

I love knowing that I am providing that service to owners and also providing great housing to tenants.  I love that and I also know that the more people I serve, the more money I make.  What’s not to love?

Anyway, a few weeks ago, we decided to buy some bikes…

Personal Mount Everest

Mine is the purple one 🙂

Some lovely second hand bikes that would help us carry on our fitness goals.

We then took the little ladies to the park and I decided to take a few minutes to reacquaint myself with this lovely new (to me) machine.  On my way, as I chugged myself up the hill, it reminded me of the efforts I have to put in when working on my business.  Sometimes, I just need to keep peddling, keep pushing forward against what seems to be insurmountable odds in order to reach the finish line.

It felt to me like my own personal Mount Everest.  Have a listen and tell me what you think in the comments below.

Let me end by saying, Thanks so much for sticking around and reading this.  Lets change the world together.  Connect with me in the comments and lets see how we can live life and make money together and climb our personal Mount Everest whicle impacting the world around us with passion.
