Don’t you get tired of watching year after year pass you by as it gets swallowed up by kids, job, staying out of debt or paying down debt, working for someone else’s vision, doing what you think you are supposed to do over and over again?
While talking about how one day, doors will open mysteriously for you and you will get the opportunity to live your real life…
I used to give that talk…
And feel all noble about it…
While ignoring the fact that my vision was my permission.
I would have said that I did not know that…
I would have said that I was waiting for the Lord to tell me, for sure, that this was now my time…
I would have said that I had to do what I had to do to look after my responsibilities…
And I would have just kept on dreaming that one day, the perfect time would yell in my face and tell me to move my awesome arse…
But finally, I stopped buying into my own nonsense and realised that my life was happening to me and it was passing away right in front of my eyes and I simply could no longer keep denying who I am.
I WOKE UP!
I stopped using other people, other events, other whatever as my reason for not going after everything I desired.
It was all on me
God will not start me
Devil cannot stop me
It is all on me to start and never ever stop until I reach my goal…
And every day I tell myself the lie that I have to wait for the perfect time, is a day that I do not get back…
It is a day that I waste, buying into the lie.
Lots of people believe the nonsense that one day, ONE DAY, the trumpets will sound and every door will open and everything will be so perfect because hey, you are called and now Higher power will prove to the world that what you had been talking about for aeons was now to be fulfilled and all because you were so noble and holy and waited patiently on the Lord to come through for you!
Many people DIE waiting for that day – Do you really want to join them?
I decided I did not want to
And I got on the narrow path
And I chose my dreams…
I chose my calling
I chose my vision
I chose me
And incidentally, it did feel as though the trumpet was blowing and the angels were rejoicing because I had finally woken up, become born again, realised that I did not have to wait before choosing me.
And daily, I choose again and again
On the days when nothing is working, I choose me
On the days when everything is working, I choose me
I refuse to let any thing, anyone get in my way…
The ones I love are invited along for the journey…
Sometimes, they come
Sometimes, they don’t
Sometimes, it hurts
Sometimes, I feel very alone…
But all the time, I choose the vision…

I am created in the image of the Divine and I cannot help but push the boundaries, set new bigger, bolder targets. I no longer fight it – I am committed to the big vision and to its continual expansion.
Yes, I know to some, it all seems too tiring and so they choose to settle for less – I AM NOT THEM!
You are not them!
Don’t you see that all the tiredness, melancholy, yukkiness you feel, happens when you deny who you are?
When you try to live like those around you who are content to settle?
When you listen to people like your pastor or boss or whoever you think has authority over you and you listen to them telling you how to relax and rest and do absolutely nothing because they actually believe they are helping you but they are simply trying to numb you out!
STOP LISTENING TO THEM!
Just because the majority want to sleep their way through life does not mean you join them!
What is your vision, honey?
that vision that deep down, calls out to you…
That vision that you almost cannot believe you can create…
That vision that seems too unreasonable…
What is that vision?
Write it down and DETERMINE to go after it with everything inside of you…
YOU do not have to make it manageable
You just have to want it enough to keep moving towards it
You just have to want it enough to never quit going after it with everything inside of you…
You just have to daily wake up and choose to live to the fullness of you…
Kep the vision in your mind’s eye and keep creating it…
Day after day after day…
Until one day, you look around and see that the vision caught up with you and you are on to the next thing…
