Yes, you can have it all. . I know it may not see Yes, you can have it all. . I know it may not seem like your current experience and yet, you can have it all. . YOu can create the life you want. . You can truly prosper in your relationships, your health, your money, your work. . You can wake up excited to be alive. . YOU contain the Divine. . There is power within you to create whatever you truly commit to. . But that is the rub because it hurts to commit. . It hurts to give birth to a dream. . It can seem impossible. . It can seem as though it will never come to life. . You can end up jumping around looking for this trick and that strategy, instead of focusing and going deep with something until it works for you. . It took me years at school, college, university, postgraduate studies to become a successful pharmacist. . It hurt to have to study and have no money. . But I stuck it out because I could see the end goal and though it was not my dream, it seemed more predictable. . But I wanted my dream in 3 seconds flat which is why I dabbled and dabbled at creating it for so long which just wasted time and money and got me nowhere but bankrupt and depressed. . Then I committed. . And yes, it took some time and yes, it took pain. . But to me, the vision was worth it to create. . So I did, And I continue to go bigger. . What of you? . Are you willing to truly commit? . Or will you keep dabbling, wishing, hoping, praying that somehow you will get your dream without any effort or any changes on your part? . For me and for my clients, the biggest pain and change is within. . What we expect from ourselves. What we assume to be true. What we think we are allowed. The interpretations we have within us, based on pain of the past. That is what most needs to change and peeps want to run from that work. I was speaking to my daughter about a particular r I was speaking to my daughter about a particular relationship in my life where I have made the decision to pull back. . And she asked if this person was nasty. . And I said NOPE. . She wondered why I opted out then. . And I explained that sometimes even nice people can be draining. . Not intentionally, usually and maybe not even to anyone else. . But for me, it was the right choice at this time to opt out. . Now, once upon a time, I would have had to have all kinds of good sounding reasons to opt out. I would feel the need to even blame the other person or myself for choosing not to be in relationship. . More usually, I would just grin and bear it. Telling myself that that is what good, spiritual people do. . Thankfully, I saw the light. . I don't have to have a good reason, by anyone else's standards. It is enough for me to honour my feelings. . They may not always make complete logical sense but I have learnt to trust my inner knowing. if it feels bad, taking time out is a good thing. . I could be making a mistake and it is still fine to honour myself. And take the time to figure out what is triggering me. . Whichever way, I deserve peace and I choose it for myself whenever I need to. . Are you free enough to make the decision to opt out of a relationship for no other reason than it feels draining? . There was no massive event that swiped it all away in one swoop. Nope, it was the little things, the little events, the little situations that I didn't even notice, that added up to leave me feeling scared to ever do anything outside of my comfortable small (and getting smaller) world. EXCEPT... I knew I was meant for more. And my life felt devoid of fulfilment & meaning. I was going through the motions, being the pharmacist, trying to keep the people around me happy, getting caught up in their dramas until the Divine, bankruptcy and a 4 year long depression got my attention. 🔥 I AWAKENED with a bump... ✅ I found the courage to transition out of my career to a more fulfilling business that more than replaced my pharmacist income ✅ I adjusted the relationships in my life so they became more empowering ✅ I lost weight and started to feel good about my body again ✅ and I continue to create a free, fulfilled, financially abundant and love-drenched life.
