You think you know enough.

You think you have life down pat.
.
You hold on tight to what you think you know, even though it does not give you the results you desire.

And you tell yourself that you cannot expect everything to work so you should just be happy with ‘good enough’.

When will you humble yourself and see that you DO NOT SEE?

You feel that something is wrong but you do not dare to look and really see.
.
So scared that you will be even more lost than you already are and so you put on a facade of knowing it all and you keep your blindness.
.
Oh what a pity.
.
What a sad sorry waste of time and life.
.
Acknowledge your blindness. Acknowledge that what you thought was right, may be wrong.
.
Acknowledge that something is not working and open up to new ways of thinking.
.
I was you, for so long.
.
So self-assured.
.
I was on path.
.
All I needed to do was follow the plan outlined by the world.
.
Work hard.
.
Get the education.
.
Become a professional.
.
Climb The Ladder (who cares what wall it is against as long as your money keeps going up)
.
Marry the right person.
.
Have a few awesome kids.
.
Send money to your parents (I am African)
.
And all will go well for you.
.
Throw in a bit of religion.
.
And depending on who I was listening to, I could go all in on church and give my life to someone else’s vision but believe that it is God’s vision for me and as a reward, I secure my spot in heaven when I die…

OR…
.
Do not go all in on church as they will steal your money away from your family – Just go enough to appease God and secure a spot in heaven but then give all your time and money to family if you want to be happy and never alone.
.
Whichever way, I tried these plans and I was unhappy.
.
Something inside said there had to be more than this.
.
But I thought those were childish fantasies.
.
I had to settle down and be grown up.
.
Keep everyone happy and surely, I too would be happy.
.
Finally, After bottoming out, I had to admit that something was wrong.
.
I had been blind.
.
I did not see.
.
And finally, I was able to hear the Divine.
.
Finally, I found peeps who could support me in becoming my true self.
.
Finally I was able to grow, to expand, to become more.
.
To shed things that had kept me bound up because I suddenly realised that they were not as sacred as the world had led me to believe.
.
And to allow myself to live to the fullness of my own true design.
.
The transition is not easy. It could be but I am not one for allowing myself to choose the easy path – A bit like you, I guess ?
.
I have made life harder than it needed to be by holding on to ideas that bound me up in pain, guilt, shame and all that.
.
I really thought this was normal.
.
And I see you.
.
YOu think the same so even as I tell you that there is another way, you cannot really hear me.
.
You know you want different but you do not realise that the ideas you are holding onto so DESPERATELY will never allow you to get the different you so badly desire.
.
When will you finally admit you are blind so that you can then step onto prosperity path?
.
Oh my love, AWAKEN!

There is so much more available to you.
.
AWAKEN!
.
Hear the whisper of the Divine within you reminding you of who you are, who you could still be.
.
You long for SOOOO MUCH and yet, you refuse to consider other ways of thinking.
.
You are so scared of losing what you think you have.
.
But you have no peace.
.
I mean, mostly you can ignore the darkness within and you do whatever you can to do so but the moment you stop, all you feel is this sense of time passing by and you being nowhere near where you thought you would be.
.
Peeps tell you to be happy – You have even stopped sharing the feelings of darkness within you because it seems wrong that you are so discontent but you are.
.
But you are set on your path.
.
You think you see.
.
But you are blind.
.
And so, time continues to pass you by.
.
When will you acknowledge your blindness, love?
.
When will you awaken?
.
I hope before you die.
