Some days, you are up…
Some days, you are down…
Some days, you are checking off the list, getting it all done
Other days, you allow your bad mood to determine whether you do anything or not.
Just stop all this yo-yo-ing.
You cannot build a highly successful business that way.
You will not make sales everyday, living like that
All you get is the same yo-yo-craziness being reflected back at you and that looks like NO MONEY MADE!
You keep losing momentum and you need the momentum to really build something awesome.
So, how do you get yourself in check?
Start the day by
1. CONNECT TO SOURCE
You do know how to do this, right?
2. REMIND YOURSELF WHO YOU CHOOSE TO BE
Have a series of affirmations that remind you of what you are creating and why.
I personally find that I tend to wake up a bit more low-key than when I have had the whole day to rev up my energy so I have to be very deliberate about the beginning of my day.
SO DO YOU!
Say the affirmations
Write them down
See the picture in your mind’s eye of getting to ‘THERE’
Feel the feelings of BEING there
Let enthusiasm build up within you
3. DO IT AGAIN
Through the day, you may find your enthusiasm starting to wane.
Do it all again
Make sure you are connected
Say, write, feel, see
4. YES. YOU DO HAVE TIME
And then some peeps try to tell me that they do not have time to do this stuff…
OK, continue to have a yo-yo-business then!
Or maybe, get very deliberate about what you desire and refuse to allow yourself to keep doing what you have always done that got you NOWHERE!
5. DO NOT START THE DAY LIKE THIS
Most peeps are looking at their phone, checking social media, even before they are properly awake. Already they are comparing themselves to this person and that person.
DO NOT DO THAT!
Set yourself a rule that you will do what I just suggested FIRST.
I know we run businesses using social media but it does not get to be the first thing we see each morning, especially if you are in a funky mood, ok?!
