MAYBE IT DOESN’T MEAN WHAT YOU THINK IT MEANS! SOME WAYS OF THINKING WILL KEEP YOU AWAY FROM WEALTH, YOU KNOW?

MAYBE IT DOESN’T MEAN WHAT YOU THINK IT means

There are days when whatever someone says to you makes you feel attacked, assaulted emotionally and just doggone fed up of life & your business.

 

You wonder why you keep struggling on and you are convinced that it will never ever work for you.

 

You get super sensitive about everything people say and you react in a way that makes you feel horrid, you make everything mean something bad when really, it may just have been a suggestion rather than a declaration of your unworthiness.

 

On days like that, it is time to take a step back and really hear the words that are being spoken to you.

 

Do they really mean what you have decided they mean or are you being overly sensitive?

 

As an entrepreneur, we cannot allow circumstances, events, words to get in the way of what we are on a mission to do.

 

There will always be someone saying something thoughtless…

 

There will always be something happening that is not what we hoped for.

 

There will always be negativity in the world

 

THERE WILL ALWAYS BE SOMETHING…

 

And if we let that ‘something’ stop us, then maybe business was not for us anyway or maybe you just do not realize that it does not mean what you think it means.

 

Who do you talk to when you get like this?

 

Is that person completely on your side or do they have their own agenda when listening to you?

 

I send out a quick text/email to my coach and he reminds me why I do what I do and that brings me down to earth again and I can keep putting one foot in front of the other with a smile on my face.

 

Who does that for you?

 

You may think you are some kind of a superhero that needs no one but is that the truth?

 

And how much further could you be if you did not stop every so often to deal with your emotional well-being?

 

Why not set yourself up to win?!

 

The path of the entrepreneur is fraught with emotional tension and not everyone can deal with it but you can certainly make life easier if you did not struggle alone.

 

In the meantime, while you work out who you want to work with, remember this – Only allow thoughts to stick around in your head if they help you.

 

If something makes you feel bad, take it as a rule that that is a nonsensical thought that needs to be removed immediately.

 

Then get to replacing it with something more wholesome and productive.

 

You need to live in a happy state if you really do want to build a successful business and life so do not humour any kind of silly negativity for any longer than a few seconds.

 

It takes some doing to get there but it is worth the effort.

 

Remember, it doesn’t always mean what you think it means so relax and #KeepMovingForward
